What is Cronus Zen and what does it do?

THE QUICK ANSWER

Cronus Zen is a controller adapter that can run scripts to change how controller inputs are sent to a supported console or PC. The device, the software used to configure it and the script you load are three different things.

What should you check before buying?

Write down your console or PC, controller model and game. Then check the hardware connection instructions and the script requirements separately. A supported controller does not tell you whether a particular script has the controls you want.

  • Is the script for the exact game and version you play?
  • Can you see the controller input and gameplay in a demonstration?
  • Does the seller explain installation, access and support?
  • Are the device and any extra hardware included, or sold separately?

What does that mean for NBA 2K27?

In ERA, Button Shooting runs a saved button hold and release. AutoGreen runs a configured right-stick sequence, while Tempo Shooting lets your release trigger the upward sweep. Those are different control paths, so choose the input you want before copying a timing value.
