Cronus Zen controller not connecting or responding?

Start with the symptom.

Check the controller on its own.

1. Finish any active firmware or script write before changing connections.
2. Test the controller directly with the console or PC using its normal supported connection.
3. If that fails too, address the controller or cable first.
4. If it works directly, reconnect through the Zen using the manufacturer’s instructions for that platform and controller model.

Record what changes at each step. Power lights alone do not establish that controller input is reaching the game.

Only one ERA shooting feature is missing?

Confirm the installed ERA build and selected slot. Check whether Button Shooting, AutoGreen or Tempo Shooting is active, then use its assigned trigger. Button Shooting and Tempo use separate modes; AutoGreen uses the assigned stick-click.

Tell support exactly where input stops.

Include your platform, controller model, connection method, software name, installed build and whether the controller works directly. If a disconnect happens repeatedly, describe the point where it occurs. Bring ERA-specific issues to Ozark support; use the manufacturer’s documentation for hardware recovery.
