The hardware, customer key and account access you need.
Get the essentials together.
You need a Cronus Zen, the correct data cable and a controller/platform connection supported by the current setup instructions. The ERA script purchase does not include the Zen itself.
Start with Ozark’s compatibility guide before buying extra hardware. Connection requirements can change.
The documented My Ozark and Zen Flasher setup uses a Windows PC with desktop Chrome or Edge.
Use the access from your order.
Find your ERA customer key and My Ozark activation link in the email sent after payment. Use the checkout email and matching key to activate your access.
- Check spam if the message hasn’t appeared.
- Keep the key private. It is an access credential.
- One key links to one Zen. Ask support if you need help with a replacement device.
Can you open your ERA setup?
You should have your hardware ready and access to your ERA profile in My Ozark. If access is missing, use Ozark support with your order details.
